Maxpro HR Academy is looking for a Placement & Employer Relations Executive with 2 - 5 years of experience in the Education, EdTech, Training Institute, or Placement industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing student placement activities, developing employer relationships, generating job opportunities, coordinating interviews, and supporting students throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end placement activities for students.
Build and maintain relationships with HR Managers, Recruiters, Companies, and Recruitment Consultants.
Generate relevant job prospects for HR students.
Coordinate interviews between students and employers.
Follow up with companies and candidates until the joining stage.
Maintain placement records and student placement trackers.
Support students with resume preparation, interview preparation, and job-search guidance.
Source vacancies through LinkedIn, Naukri, company networks, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
Conduct regular follow-ups with employers for current job requirements.




Maintain weekly and monthly placement reports.
Achieve monthly placement targets.

Requirements
2 - 5 years of experience in Education / EdTech / Training / Placement / Recruitment.
Candidates with experience as Placement Officer, Placement Coordinator, Corporate Relations Executive, or Recruitment Executive are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Good working knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Candidates with an existing network of HR professionals/recruiters will be preferred.
