Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Email & Chat.
Provide accurate and qualified resolutions to customer concerns.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain quality and productivity as per process requirements.
Follow company and process guidelines while handling customer interactions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain excellent written communication and typing accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent English written communication skills.
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in US shifts / rotational shifts.
Candidates must be willing to work from office.
