Mendatory Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment / Contract Staffing.
Mandatory experience in selling IT workforce/staff augmentation solutions.
Robust B2B sales, client acquisition and negotiation skills.
Valuable communication and relationship-management skills.
Existing IT client network will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities and acquire IT clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client IT hiring requirements and offer suitable staffing solutions.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client closure.
Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams for requirement fulfillment.
Achieve business development and revenue targets.
Candidates without IT Staffing/Recruitment industry experience will not be considered.
