Designation New Business Development Manager

This is a unified role where we are looking for a agile skilled to own the new client acquisition for our Payroll & Manpower Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients and industry opportunities.
Develop target account lists and prospect pipelines.
Use cold outreach, networking and referrals to generate new leads.
Client Acquisition
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitches.
Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions.
Convert prospects into long-term clients and partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Track opportunities through CRM and sales funnel stages.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Proposal Development
Work with internal teams to create proposals, presentations,



and commercials.
Lead RFP / RFI responses and contract negotiations.
Relationship Building
Develop strong relationships with decision makers and stakeholders.
Maintain continuous engagement with prospects and partners.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights to refine sales strategies and positioning.

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Business, Operations, or related fields
3–5 years of experience in sales or client management
Strong understanding of labor compliance, PF/ESIC, documentation norms
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint etc
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
