Develop and maintain relationship with key existing and potential customers
Takes initiative in creating in creative customer value

Dealer relationship management
Maintain relationship with key local dealerships, dealers and local territory managers

Team Management
Manage a team of ASMs/ SMs including target setting, dealer allocation, and performance management
Ensure all ASMs/ SMs and dealer sales team are aware of policies related to TCL product offerings
