RL Tours and Travels is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad team. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent leads, handling customer enquiries, converting enquiries into bookings, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, online enquiries, and other sales channels.
Handle customer enquiries related to domestic and international travel, holiday packages, flights, hotels, and other travel services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages and solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and package details with customers.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales activities.




Stay updated on travel packages, destinations, pricing, and market trends.

Candidate Requirements
26 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a travel agency, tour operator, or travel & tourism company.
Proven experience in lead generation, customer handling, sales conversion, and achieving targets.
Good knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and related travel services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
Target-driven, proactive, and confident in dealing with customers.
