Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on inbound leads (walk-ins, web inquiries, events), conduct cold calls, and convert prospective students into enrollments.
Academic Counseling: Guide parents and students regarding ALLENs courses, pedagogy, scholarship tests (e.g., TALLENTEX), and career pathways.
Field & Institutional Outreach: Visit local schools, coaching hubs, and educational events to build partnerships and organize info sessions.
Revenue & Sales Targets: Meet individual and team monthly/quarterly admission targets for classroom, hybrid, or online programs.




CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate database records, track sales metrics, and schedule follow-ups in the company CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related fields.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development (EdTech/Education sector preferred).
