Purpose of the position

To drive sales growth and expand the Company's market presence within the assigned territory by promoting and developing business for the Company's product portfolio, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Work Responsibilities
Achieve assigned territory sales targets and drive sustainable business growth for the Company's Anesthesia, Critical Care, Pain Management, Consumables portfolio.
Generate and convert recent business prospects by identifying prospective hospitals, medical colleges, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain solid relationships with Anesthesiologists, Intensivists, Surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Procurement Teams, and Hospital Management.
Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations,



clinical discussions, and product evaluations to increase product adoption and market penetration.
Organize and participate in CMEs, workshops, scientific programs, conferences, and other promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure efficient order execution, product availability, trainings, customer support, and timely collections.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional standards during all customer and internal team interactions.

Education

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of marketing, science, pharma etc.
