The role combines software development, technical decision-making, architecture, mentoring, and close collaboration with product and project stakeholders.

Roles Responsibilities
Own the technical direction and implementation approach for assigned products or projects.
Design and review application architecture, system components, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Lead technical discussions and make pragmatic decisions considering scalability, security, performance, cost, and maintainability.
Break down complex requirements into technical solutions and actionable development tasks.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers.
Conduct and facilitate code reviews to maintain engineering quality and consistency.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, bottlenecks,



and potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Project Management teams to ensure successful delivery.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of critical production and technical issues.
Establish and improve coding, testing, documentation, and engineering practices.
Evaluate current technologies, frameworks, and tools and assess their suitability for Kelenos products.
Contribute hands-on to development when required, particularly for complex or critical components.
Support technical estimation, planning, and effort assessment for recent initiatives.
