Role & responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Record and reconcile revenue, expenses, guest payments, and bank transactions.
Enter and reconcile bills from online portals such as Swiggy, Zomato, and MakeMyTrip.
Maintain cash and bank books and perform regular reconciliations.
Process vendor payments accurately and on time.
Calculate salaries and manage payroll payments.
Maintain ESIC records and support statutory compliance.
Monitor cash flow and departmental costs.
Conduct hotel inventory audits.
Support financial audits and maintain confidential records.
Coordinate with hotel departments for effective financial controls and timely reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with prior experience of hotel industry is required.
