As a Marketing and Sales Executive, youll be driving lead generation, client acquisition, and
promotional activities for automation solutions like PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and IoT platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs
Identify and pursue current business prospects in manufacturing, CPG, food
processing, and other industrial sectors.
Generate leads, set up meetings, deliver presentations, and close sales for automation
products and services.
Understand client requirements and work closely with technical teams to offer
customized solutions.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Create content for brochures, social media, and product decks tailored to industrial
clients.
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers (plant heads, production
managers, etc.).
Attend industry expos, trade fairs, and technical seminars to represent the brand.
Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategy.




Must be open to local, regional, and occasional national travel to visit client sites,
attend meetings, provide technical support, and participate in exhibitions or trade
shows.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering, or Marketing, or related field
13 years of experience in automation, industrial sales, or B2B marketing
MBA (Marketing) is a plus but not mandatory

Required Skills:
