Role Overview:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage the movement, tracking, and inventory of CCTV surveillance equipment and related hardware across client locations and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate dispatch and delivery of CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, networking equipment, and accessories.

Manage inventory, stock records, and material reconciliation.

Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and field engineers.

Track material movement and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

Maintain records of inward/outward materials and asset allocation.

Follow up on pending deliveries, returns, and damaged materials.

Prepare MIS reports related to inventory and logistics activities.





Support project and installation teams with material planning and availability.

Required Skills:

Inventory and warehouse management

Material tracking and documentation

Vendor and transporter coordination

MS Excel and MIS reporting

Positive communication and follow-up skills

Attention to detail and record management

Knowledge of CCTV and surveillance hardware (preferred)

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline

3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, stores, or inventory management

Experience in CCTV, security systems, electronics, or IT hardware industry preferred
