Key Responsibilities
Manage inward and outward movement of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory practices, as applicable.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts.
Update inventory data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Identify inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
Ensure proper labeling, storage,



and handling of materials.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Hands-on experience with FIFO and LIFO inventory methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, filters, sorting, charts).
Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho Inventory, or similar) is an advantage.
Valuable analytical and organizational skills.
Robust communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and maintain high accuracy.
