Purpose
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Inventory Health Analyst. This role is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels across our sales & distribution centers worldwide, ensuring efficient stock management, and driving continuous improvement in inventory health. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and an understanding of inventory dynamics, lead times, and consumption patterns.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Work with supply chain planning team to adjust safety stock levels by incorporating key variables such as demand variability, supplier reliability, and lead time variation
Collaborate with product management, procurement, production, and logistics teams to align inventory strategies with business goals
Analyze and monitor stock levels, consumption trends, and lead times to maintain inventory accuracy and availability
Identify and address slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory through data-driven recommendations
Review lead times across all distribution centers (DCs) and ensure alignment with actual execution data, updating planning parameters accordingly
Generate and present regular reports and dashboards on inventory KPIs, trends, and performance insights
Work with procurement & manufacturing to ensure inventory is in place in line with stocking strategy, escalating & resolving issues as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
SAP experience required
SFDC experience optional, but preferred
Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Fluent English speaker
