Job Key Responsibilities
Processing Life Insurance, and Annuities Claims for US customers.
Coordinate with onshore teams and the client to ensure timely processing of Claims transactions.
Managing inventory within SLAs and with accuracy
Skills and Attributes Required
The candidate would be required to process Life Insurance and Annuities Death Claims
Good English reading/writing skills
Proficient in English communication - verbal
Must have Life Insurance/Annuities background, preferably death claims.
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Proficient in SOP navigation/maintain production reports.
Working in US/Canada processes would be preferred.
Open to work in Night Shifts
Open to work from office if required.

Description:

Skilled insurance specialist to join our Premium & Billing team to handle the Premium Processing / Premium Suspense / Workflow Query / Email Query / Reports / Payments activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update project documents, schedules, and trackers.
Support financial transactions related to payments.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely updates.
Track risks, issues, and changes in the project.
Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
Skills Required:
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of project management.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
3 - 5 years of experience in U.S Insurance preferable life and annuity experience.
