Role & responsibilities

To issuing all types of work permit after taking necessary safety precaution for GBSL & GLPL.

Responsible for Inspection, maintenance and refilling of fire extinguishers at standard interval of time.

To Conduct induction trainings online & Offline.

To Conduct induction training to newly joined employees related to EHS.

To coordinate with external agency for fire NOC.

To organize celebration like safety week, environmental day, Ozone day etc.

Imparting knowledge of safety by Mock Drill, Tool Box Talk and other safety Drills.

To prepare or review and execute all SOP related document relate to EHS.

Purchase/Raise indent and maintain stock of PPEs.

Responsible for near miss and Accident/Incident reporting and its investigation.

Implementation of CAPA if required.





To Organize safety committee meeting and circulation of MOM and SOR.

Directing responsible department to meet statutory requirement.

Coordinating with respective vendors to maintain all fire & safety equipment in valuable health.

Identifying unsafe Act/ Condition and informing corrective measures to respective department.

Advice and instruct respective department about EHS Monitoring.

To prepare training calendar.

Attending fire call and providing First-Aid to any Victim.

Prepare MSDS and Risk assessment and submit to Respective department and authority.
