Assist in plan exports, managing their P6/MSP Schedules, and providing the required outputs.
BIM Model linking for 4D visualisation. BIM Model management to offer expert advice to ensure model outputs are realised effectively.
Develop User-Guides / Reference Manuals / Presentations / Reports based on Client requirements to constantly ensure outputs are being delivered.
Execute Drone Flights and 360* Camera site walk for Reality Capture (weekly) if opted for the project by the Client.

Management reporting to Client team on project status, implementation status,



blockers or issues that need escalation, and overall health-check.
Develop and share work processes for the client team.
Daily check of PowerBi Dashboards developed to ensure data sanity.
Make changes in dashboards if required and within PowerBi skills.
Run morning & evening stand ups with site teams for plan vs actual updates.
Be the first-level resolver for runtime issues, data gaps, user errors o Provide gap analysis and recommendations on a monthly basis to ensure alignment and success of implementation.

Coordinate with Support team at HO for assistance and updates.
Back-end and related technical work to support application by recording issues, raising tickets, and following-up internally with the team.
