Position Summary Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for manufacturing operations, including high-volume hiring, dashboards, campus hiring and recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and leadership roles. • Drive bulk hiring, walk-ins and campus recruitment. • Build talent pipelines and manage agencies. • Track TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-joining ratio and dashboards. • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning. • Mentor recruitment team. Requirements

• 12+ years in Talent Acquisition. • Manufacturing hiring experience mandatory; solar preferred. • Hands-on recruitment, metrics, MIS and dashboards. • Robust communication; Hindi fluency mandatory. • Candidates from Odisha or willing to relocate.
