Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the complete HR function across the organization.
Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and retention.
Manage manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Manage performance appraisal and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, PT, and other HR compliances.
Manage attendance, leave, employee records, HR documentation, and HR MIS.
Drive employee engagement, training, development, and retention initiatives.
Work closely with senior management on people-related matters and organizational requirements.
Identify and implement improvements in HR processes and employee experience.




Independently manage day-to-day HR activities with minimal supervision.

Candidate Profile
12+ years of relevant HR experience with robust exposure to complete HR Generalist/HR Manager responsibilities.
Must have experience handling the entire HR function independently.
Should currently be working in a role where they are responsible for overall HR, rather than handling only one HR vertical such as recruitment, payroll, or compliance.
Candidates from any non-IT industry are preferred. Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, Engineering, Trading, Real Estate, Textile, Retail, etc. can be considered.
Robust hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR policies.
Should be comfortable working as an Individual Contributor and taking complete ownership of HR.
Robust leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
