We are looking for a Parts Sales Exports Manager to drive aftermarket and spare-parts sales across assigned international markets.
The role will be responsible for export sales growth, dealer/distributor management, business development, sales target achievement and order fulfilment.
Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute export parts sales strategies for assigned international markets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Manage and strengthen relationships with overseas dealers and distributors.
Identify current business prospects and expand the dealer/customer network.
Understand dealer requirements and provide product, pricing and promotional support.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfilment.
Track shipments and resolve order and logistics-related issues.
Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and customer demand.
Recommend pricing strategies and promotional initiatives for assigned markets.
Drive aftermarket sales of spare and wear parts for heavy/construction equipment.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements and company policies.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and performance dashboards for management.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or related discipline.
58 years of experience in Parts Sales / Aftermarket Sales / Export Sales.
Strong experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, mining, material processing or industrial equipment parts.
Experience managing international dealers/distributors.
Exposure to MEA, SEA and South Asian markets preferred.
Good understanding of spare parts, wear parts and aftermarket business.
Robust knowledge of export processes, documentation and Incoterms.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems and sales analytic
