Role & responsibilities
Responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.
To validate and flag any deviation related to salary sheets, shared by third party payroll vendor based on inputs shared.
Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance •
Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolve discrepancies,
Co-ordinating with functional departments and ensuring exit processes and employee F&F; settlements are processed on time. • Process payroll taxes and payment of employee advantages.




Review of investment declarations submitted on year-ends by employees and ensure employment/income taxes are calculated accurately.
Ensure employee on-boarding/ registration.
Ensure Accurate Employee Database management
Prepare regular MIS as may be requested from time to time

Preferred candidate profile
Desired Qualification: Any Specialization; PG - MBA/PGDM
Desired Experience in Years :8 to 10 Years
hands on experience: Must have worked on HRMS and SAP
Should have worked on Data analysis or Data Analytics
Should have would on HR Automation.
Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
