Job description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head Human Resources to lead the organization's people agenda and drive a high-performance culture. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing robust Performance Management Systems (PMS), KRA/KPI frameworks, leadership development initiatives, succession planning, and talent management practices across the organization.

Key Focus Areas
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business goals.
Lead the complete employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit management.
Drive KRA & KPI frameworks, performance appraisal, and employee development initiatives.
Manage talent acquisition and build a robust talent pipeline for critical positions.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR MIS.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Drive employee engagement, retention, employee welfare, and organizational culture initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively.
Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate learning programs.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning,



organizational development, and people-related decisions.
Establish HR metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR operations.
Support leadership in organizational restructuring, succession planning, and change management.
Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently implemented across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in manufacturing or engineering organizations.
Robust exposure to HR transformation, talent management, and employee engagement.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
