Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues at card level.
Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of laptop motherboards.
Handle replacement/repair of RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, display, battery, fan, connectors, etc.
Troubleshoot power, charging, display, USB, audio, Wi-Fi and motherboard-related issues.
Perform laptop dismantling, assembly and testing after repair.
Identify faulty components using appropriate diagnostic tools.
Install/configure Windows, drivers and BIOS when required.
Ensure proper ESD and safe handling procedures.
Update repair/service records and close assigned tickets within TAT.
Handle laptops of major brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo etc.
Candidate Requirements:
ITI/Diploma/Certification in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field preferred.
Hands-on experience in Laptop Card-Level Repair is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of laptop hardware and motherboard troubleshooting.
Positive communication skills.
Valuable problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
Experience with multiple laptop brands will be an advantage.
