Job Summary :

The Business Relationship Executive (BRE) is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, generating business prospects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order coordination.
Follow up with customers for order finalization and payment collection.
Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Sales teams for stock availability and dispatch.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales data.
Support principals and channel partners for business development activities.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Solid customer handling ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
