ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are a leading manufacturer of Plywood and MDO (Medium Density Overlay) panels, catering to architects, builders, dealers, and interior professionals. As we continue to expand our project sales footprint across Gujarat, we are looking for a driven and well-connected Project Manager to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the architecture, interiors, and dealer ecosystem.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving project sales in the assigned territories (Surat, Rajkot & Ahmedabad) by developing and maintaining robust relationships with architects, dealers, and channel partners, and by generating and closing high-value project business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPECTATIONS
Maintain active, working relationships with the top 25 architects in each of the assigned cities (Surat, Rajkot & Ahmedabad).
Stay closely connected with all top dealers in the Plywood, Tiles, Hardware, and Interior & Architectural Products industries.
Demonstrated ability to have sourced and closed individual projects worth 10 Lacs or more in value.
Generate project leads through architects, dealers, contractors, and builders,



and convert them into confirmed business.
Willing and able to travel extensively within and across the assigned territories.
Represent the company professionally at site visits, dealer meets, and architect engagement activities.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company pricing and margin guidelines.
Maintain a solid pipeline and provide regular reporting on leads, projects, and conversions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales within the Plywood, Tiles, Hardware, or Interior & Architectural Products industry.
Proven track record of engaging architects and dealers, and closing high-value individual projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory); working knowledge of Gujarati preferred.
Must possess own vehicle and own laptop.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive local travel.
