Source and screen candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and HODs.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer, joining and pre-joining formalities.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Support day-to-day employee queries and HR activities.

Training & Employee Engagement
Coordinate employee induction and training programmes.
Maintain training records and calendars.
Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.

HR Administration & MIS
Prepare and update HR reports and trackers.
Maintain HR files and databases.
Assist the HR team in routine administrative and documentation activities.

We Are Looking For
13 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
Positive working knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Well-organized, proactive and willing to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work as part of a team
