Job Title: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Ground Field Role

About the Role: We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the market and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and business development within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and premium channel partners.
Generate project specifications and convert business prospects into successful orders.
Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors to expand market coverage.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and key accounts to maximize business potential.
Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, product presentations, and architect engagement activities.
Identify recent business opportunities through project tracking and market intelligence.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, MIS, and business updates for management.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
4 - 8 years of experience in sales of premium building materials such as tiles, quartz, marble, sanitaryware, laminates, plywood, paints, or allied interior products.
Proven experience in project sales and channel sales.
Strong network with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and channel partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a competitive market.
