Role & responsibilities
Classroom & Hands-on Training: Teach modules on emergency care, Basic Life Support (BLS), trauma care, and patient stabilization.
Ambulance Mentorship: Ride along in ambulances (Amby audits) to directly assess the field skills of EMTs in real-life situations.
Evaluations: Assess trainees through written, practical, and simulation-based exams.
Record Keeping: Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
Vaccination/Immunization: Ensure all trainees are up-to-date with necessary immunizations.
Remediation: Create action plans to help struggling trainees improve their skills.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing.
Registration: Must have a valid Nursing Registration.
Experience: Usually requires minimum field or institutional teaching experience (e.g., 2 to 12 years, depending on the role level).
Skills: Robust communication, presentation skills, and the willingness to travel.
