Job Purpose:

Responsible for evaluating and underwriting loanapplications received via digital channels. Focus on quick, accuratedecisioning with policy adherence, KYC verification, fraud checks, andcoordination with stakeholders to achieve seamless, paperless disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate digital loan applications within definedturnaround time (TAT) using scorecards and policy rules.

Perform digital KYC, bureau checks, income surrogates,and fraud screening; escalate suspicious cases.

Prepare concise credit notes/CAMs for non-STP orexception cases; recommend decisions as per DOA.

Ensure accurate documentation and track post disbursement document (PDD)closure where applicable.

Coordinate with sales/operations for clarifications,rework, and smooth disbursement.

Monitor early vintage performance/FPD for approvedcases and provide feedback to improve filters.

Adhere to underwriting policy, regulatoryrequirements,



and internal audit standards, explicit QA observations PDs ofspecific cases.

Skills Required:

Solid analytical and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of retail lending credit policies andscorecards.

Proficiency in digital KYC, fraud control, and MIStools.

Attention to detail and compliance orientation.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, orrelated field.

13 years in credit appraisal/underwriting; experiencein digital/fintech lending preferred.
