Role & responsibilities
Provide remote desktop support, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain network equipment & Windows-based systems.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Microsoft 365.
Support and monitor AWS Cloud services related to desktop support.
Assist in disaster recovery, security improvements, and system upgrades.
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
