Production Supervisor Egg Processing

Location: Ambala / Hyderabad

Responsible for managing day-to-day egg processing, grading, packing and production operations while ensuring production targets, quality, food safety, hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
Manage egg washing, sorting, grading, packing and coding as per production plans.
Monitor production output, wastage, material consumption and changeovers.
Ensure smooth operation of production equipment and timely resolution of issues.
Manage manpower deployment and shift operations.
Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and production records.
Ensure proper handling and segregation of broken, damaged and rejected eggs.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Dispatch teams.
Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, housekeeping, food safety and SOP requirements.
Ensure proper handling of liquid egg and production waste.
Conduct effective shift handovers and report production issues promptly.
Support finished-goods movement, loading and dispatch as required.
