Role & responsibilities

Pharma Sales Trainer rather than a regular field-sales representative.

The person will mainly train and prepare the company's field sales team.

Their job would be to:

Teach sales representatives about pharma products, therapy areas and product perks.

Train them on how to approach doctors, handle objections and improve sales conversations.

Conduct classroom/online training sessions.

Keep trainees engaged and motivated.

Assess whether trainees have understood the training.

Help current sales employees become productive faster.

Coordinate training schedules, materials and assessments.

Potentially use LMS/training software to track learning.
