Role & responsibilities
ITI in Fitter, Tool & Die Maker, Turner, Machinist, or related trade.
Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, servicing, assembly, and fitting of press tools, dies, and fixtures.
Solid knowledge of tool dismantling, inspection, repair, fitting, alignment, and reassembly.
Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of tools and dies.
Ability to perform fitting, filing, grinding, drilling, tapping, cutting, and polishing operations.
Positive understanding of die clearance, alignment, fitting accuracy, and tool assembly.
Ability to read and interpret tool drawings, assembly drawings, and engineering drawings.
Proficient in using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge,



and Gauges.
Experience in tool modifications, die corrections, and continuous improvement activities.
Solid troubleshooting skills for tool breakdowns and production support.
Knowledge of 5S, safety standards, and quality requirements in a tool room workplace.
Ability to maintain tool maintenance records and repair history documentation.
Candidates from Automotive, Auto Components, Sheet Metal, Press Shop, Tool Room, Die Manufacturing, or Engineering Manufacturing Industries will be preferred.
