Role description: It is a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Practice Head + Solution Architect + Pre-Sales Leader and not a normal ServiceNow developer or implementation consultant. The organisation wants someone who can build and grow the ServiceNow IRM/ESG/AICT business, while also being technically credible enough to sit with customers, design the solution, conduct demos, create proposals, and guide the delivery team.

Preferred candidate profile:

Practice Leadership - Own and grow the ServiceNow IRM/ESG practice Pre-sales - Meet customers, understand their GRC/compliance problems, design solutions and support RFPs

Solution Architecture - Whiteboard ServiceNow IRM/ESG/AICT architecture and decide which modules are appropriate

Demos & POCs - Design customer demos, reusable POCs and accelerators





Delivery - Provide senior technical/functional direction to implementation teams

Client Advisory - Advise customers on IRM vs H&S; vs BCM and compliance alignment

Business Growth - Help generate prospects and differentiate the practice in RFPs

Practice Building - Create reusable IP, accelerators, battle cards and delivery frameworks
