Role & responsibilities
Design & Drawings
Assist in preparing concept designs, presentations, and detailed drawings.
Support in creating statutory submission drawings, tender sets, and GFC drawings.
Maintain drawing standards and office protocols in CAD/Revit files.
Project Support
Work closely with senior architects in day-to-day project coordination.
Assist in preparing BOQs, schedules, and material specifications.
Support site teams with clarifications and documentation as needed.
Coordination & Learning
Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, interiors) under senior guidance.
Participate in client/vendor meetings for exposure to design processes.
Continuously learn and adopt new design tools, workflows, and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: B.Arch from a recognized institution.




Experience: 03 years in an architectural practice (internship/academic projects in commercial, industrial, or interiors will be an added advantage).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Revit knowledge preferred).
Positive understanding of architectural detailing and building design basics.
Ability to prepare presentations (MS Office, Photoshop/Illustrator preferred).
Other Skills:
Eagerness to learn and grow within a skilled setup.
Robust communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
