Qualifications –

Must have Required skillset:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technology/business discipline, or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of IT industry experience, including 3+ years of ServiceNow development.
Solid experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM Modules using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflow Editor, ACLs, Script Includes, JavaScript/GLIDE, and HTML5.
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with other IT applications or data sources.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, solution documentation, and update set management.
Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work as part of a team.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer (preferred but not required for entry).
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn recent ServiceNow and Gen AI/automation features as they emerge.

Good to have skillset Preferred:




Experience implementing additional ServiceNow modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), or Security Operations (SecOps).
Exposure to or direct experience working on real-time AI or automation solutions within ServiceNow or related IT platforms.
Familiarity with Agile or SDLC testing cycles.
Experience with day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration.
Awareness of ServiceNow’s AI capabilities (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence) and enthusiasm for developing expertise in this area.
Experience using source control tools (e.g., GitHub) for collaborative code development and maintenance.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with robust motivation for continuous skill development and learning.

Education:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (3 Year) within a technical field.
