Job Description
Your responsibilities will include
Lead the cross functional projects and interaction with internal and external Stakeholders.
Generate and implement product design changes aimed at improving performance, increasing quality and/ or optimizing cost.
Drive projects using product development process as the need through cross-functional team(s)
Ensure comprehensive scoping of projects/ ideas, planning to enable execution of agreed plans and achieve cost targets.
Hands-on experience in VMA/ Costing work.
Create product/ subsystem specific test plans as per requirement to get the design changes approved.
Generate ideas using various VA/VE tools like teardowns to continuously built LOS for future projects.
Analyse SIR and BOM data to calculate the feasibility of ideas/projects
Application of Technical tools:
Six Sigma tools and its applications
8D, A3, DFMEA, DVP&R;
Basic Knowledge on CAD tools (Creo 2.0 or 4.0), PLM Software- Windchill Design for Variation (GD&T; and Tolerance stack up analysis)
