About the Role:

Tripgain is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant – Flights to join our energetic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flight booking, international travel routing, and customer support. This role demands hands-on experience with GDS systems (especially Galileo), travel portals, and a deep understanding of the airline industry.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Associate with strong expertise in corporate travel operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Galileo GDS and be capable of managing end-to-end domestic and international travel requirements for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international corporate travel bookings.
Use Galileo GDS for flight availability, fare checks, reservations, ticketing, and related transactions.




Manage ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
Coordinate flight, hotel, visa, travel insurance, rail, and ground transportation requirements.
Manage complete travel itineraries and ensure accurate documentation.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely travel solutions.
Maintain high customer-service standards while handling corporate travelers.
Work effectively in a 247 operational setting, including rotational/night shifts.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Galileo GDS – Mandatory
Excellent knowledge of corporate travel processes.
Experience with both domestic and international travel.
Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, reissue, refund, and cancellation procedures.
Positive understanding of hotels, visas, insurance, rail, and ground transportation.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple travel requests.
