Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth, distribution, and market expansion for our FMCG brands. The candidate will be responsible for developing distributors, super-stockists, retailers, HoReCa accounts, up-to-date trade, gyms, cafés, hotels, restaurants, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans for Eggsential, Pagoto, and Aqua Mist.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Appoint and manage distributors, super-stockists, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
Expand product availability across general trade, modern trade, HoReCa, gyms, cafés, hotels, restaurants, and quick-commerce channels.




Generate current business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor pricing, products, and activities.
Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, sampling, and promotional execution.
Monitor stock movement, expiry, primary sales, secondary sales, and collection cycles.
Coordinate with operations and supply-chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain discipline in pricing, credit control, collections, and company policies.
Organise product demonstrations and sampling activities for gyms, hotels, cafés, retailers, and corporate customers.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of FMCG, food, beverage, dairy, ice cream, or HoReCa sales.
