Key Responsibilities
Support FB Manager in day-to-day operations of outlets and banquets.
Ensure service standards, guest handling and service recovery in assigned areas.
Monitor hygiene, cleanliness and grooming compliance of the team.
Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding for smooth service and timely order delivery.
Assist in training, briefings and performance monitoring of service staff.
Ensure upselling, promotions and guest engagement to improve outlet revenue.
Maintain daily reports: sales, feedback, breakage, wastage and incident logs.
Handle VIP movement, special requests and complaint closures.
Support inventory control, stock requisitions and consumption monitoring.
Ensure compliance to SOPs, audits and brand standards.
