Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter responsible for end-to-end field hiring and reducing employee attrition. The role involves sourcing frontline/field workforce, ensuring quick closures, and implementing strategies to improve retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Hiring:
Manage bulk and field recruitment (Pharmacist, Pharma Aide, CSA & delivery staff, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, field visits, walk-ins, Job Drives, Campus Drive, referrals.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with Operation managers
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT
Maintain a solid pipeline of field candidates

Attrition Control:
Track and analyze daily/weekly attrition reports
Conduct exit interviews and identify key reasons for attrition




Partner with operations to implement retention strategies
Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction at field level
Support onboarding and ensure smooth joining experience

Coordination & Reporting:
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Collaborate with operations and HR team
Ensure proper documentation and onboarding compliance

Key Skills Required:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle bulk hiring under pressure
Valuable understanding of attrition metrics and retention strategies
Data tracking and reporting skills (Excel/MIS)
Problem-solving and stakeholder management
