Robust expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Compliance Policies and MDM. Expert knowledge of Jamf Pro administration and macOS endpoint management. Advanced desktop management experience including SCCM/MECM, OS deployment and patch management. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint environments. Knowledge of Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access. Scripting and automation using PowerShell and Graph API. ITIL process knowledge and solid communication skills.
