Key Responsibilities
Service air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and ventilation in Guestrooms, Public areas, Restaurant Banquet halls, kitchens,
and common spaces, including filter replacements and refrigerant recharges.
Diagnose and fix issues like compressor failures or duct blockages; conduct seasonal maintenance to optimize energy efficiency.
Maintain logs for energy conservation and comply with ASHRAE guidelines adapted for Indian climates.
