We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our construction company.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up with potential customers, explaining our construction/real estate services, and generating leads.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Contact potential customers and explain company services.
Follow up with leads and interested customers.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Generate and qualify leads through calling.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain valuable communication and qualified relationships with customers.

Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Candidates from Telecalling, Telesales, Real Estate or Construction backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
