Role Overview

Looking for a results-driven
Performance Marketing Specialist – Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads)
to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns for D2C eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing high-budget Meta campaigns, scaling eCommerce brands, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven performance marketing strategies. This role requires close collaboration with design and development teams while mentoring junior media buyers and communicating campaign performance with clients.

Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads.
D2C or eCommerce marketing experience is mandatory.
Proven experience scaling eCommerce brands and driving conversions.
Experience managing a minimum monthly ad spend of ₹3 Lakhs.
Robust analytical skills with hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics,



and reporting dashboards.
Working knowledge of Shopify / Shopify Plus.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive and self-driven approach.
Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for client accounts.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Continuously test ad copy, creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Build and optimize campaign structures, including ABO, CBO, ASC, and retargeting campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement real-time optimizations.
Track competitor activities and industry trends to identify growth prospects.
Recommend and execute recent campaign strategies to expand client accounts.
