We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. As we are currently expanding and hiring across multiple positions, the primary focus of this role will be end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels
Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
Coordinating interviews with department heads
Following up with candidates and negotiating offers
Managing offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding
Maintaining recruitment reports and candidate databases
Supporting other HR and administrative activities when required

Preferred Qualifications And Experience
Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field
Minimum 23 years of hands-on recruitment experience
Experience in managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
Robust sourcing, screening and candidate-follow-up skills
Valuable verbal and written communication
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn,



Microsoft Excel and recruitment trackers
Experience in high-volume recruitment will be preferred
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference

This is a full-time, office-based position near Charni Road Railway Station, Mumbai.
