Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support the business development team by identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, maintaining accurate data, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication, research, and organizational skills with the ability to manage data efficiently and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management

Research and identify potential leads through various online platforms and databases such as EW, CBSE, NIRF, IPSC, and other relevant sources.

Maintain accurate and updated lead information in CRM and Google Sheets.

Ensure timely data entry, verification, and maintenance of customer records.

Organize and manage lead databases for future sales activities.

Assist in planning and organizing sales events and outreach campaigns.





Lead Generation

Conduct outbound calls to qualify potential leads.

Understand customer requirements and assess business opportunities.

Create and update qualified prospects in the CRM system.

Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development team.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Sales Support

Track and monitor sales opportunities and potential clients in CRM.

Support the Business Development team by maintaining the sales pipeline.

Assist in managing existing customer accounts and identifying recent business opportunities.

Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

Ensure timely updates on lead status and customer interactions.

Key Deliverables

Accurate and timely maintenance of CRM and lead database.

Identification and qualification of high-quality sales leads.

Timely scheduling of client meetings for the Business
