Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Manage and maintain all aspects of our IT systems, including servers, networks, desktops, laptops, printers, cameras, audio video devices, biometric access control system, and other peripherals.
User Support:
Provide technical support to all organization employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and answering IT-related queries using the established ticketing system for all types of IT support requests.
Employee Onboarding/Offboarding:
Manage end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts, devices, applications, and system access.
Microsoft 365 administration:
Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and related security and compliance features.
Network Management
: Monitor network performance, configure network devices, and troubleshoot network connectivity issues to ensure reliable and secure access to resources.




Security Management
: Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cybersecurity threats, including firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, phishing protection and data encryption.
Backup and Disaster Recovery
: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure the integrity and availability of critical data in the event of system failures or disasters.
Software Installation and Updates
: Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
Documentation and Inventory
: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and inventory of hardware and software assets.

: Enforce IT policies and procedures, including access control, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, to mitigate risks and ensure adherence t
