We are looking for an experienced
Windchill Migration Architect
to lead and architect end-to-end PLM migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the
architecture, planning and execution
of Windchill migration projects.
Design migration strategies for
product data, metadata, documents and business objects
.
Define migration approaches, mapping strategies and validation processes for legacy PLM systems.
Ensure
data integrity, quality and consistency
throughout the migration lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership on migration architecture, methodologies and best practices.
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Review migration designs,



scripts and deliverables for
quality, performance and compliance
.
Mentor migration/development teams and resolve complex technical challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Must-Have Skills
8–15 years of relevant experience
Robust hands-on expertise in
PTC Windchill Migration
Solid knowledge of
Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM)
Experience in
PLM/legacy system migrations
Strong understanding of data mapping, validation and migration methodologies
Ability to provide
technical/architectural leadership
Robust customer-facing and communication skills
