Job Description:
Drive business growth for Supply Chain Finance products across the assigned geography.
Acquire recent corporate anchors, distributors, dealers, and SME clients to build a robust SCF portfolio.
Manage relationships with existing customers and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth onboarding and faster disbursements.
Monitor portfolio quality, collections, and delinquency levels to ensure healthy asset performance.
Develop and execute market coverage plans to achieve business, revenue, and profitability targets.
Build and manage channel partners, DSAs, and referral networks to generate quality business leads.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements across all transactions.
